Payment Policies 

  • $75 deposit must accompany all registrations (even if you plan to apply for a scholarship). If we do not receive a deposit, we can not guarantee you a spot. (if you have special circumstances, please call us)
  • Scholarship award notifications will be made by May 26, 2017
  • All non-scholarship applicant balances are due May 26, 2017 (first half) and June 9, 2017 (second half/full)
  • Scholarship applicants' balances are due by June 23, 2017

SFOA accepts cash, checks, credit cards (MC & VISA) and most debit cards. Please note that payment via check/cash helps us put more of your tuition dollars back into our program!


Refund Policies

  • Request for cancellation must be in writing (hard copy or email) and received in the office by dates referenced below.
  • Full refunds are available until June 16, 2017
  • Non-scholarship applicants who withdraw from June 16 thru July 3, 2017 will forfeit their $75 deposit
  • No refunds are available after July 3, 2017
