OPEN TO KINDERGARTEN - 6TH GRADE

MUSICAL THEATER MORNINGS w/ Annie Leonardi-Merchant (9am-1pm)

Featuring scenes and songs from Disney Pixar's Toy Story franchise, including such beloved songs as "You've Got a Friend in Me" and "Strange Things."

More about Annie: Annie is a local voice teacher and freelance vocalist based in Northeast Harbor. She graduated with her M.M in vocal performance from USM in 2014 and received her B.M in vocal performance from Westminster Choir College in 2006. Annie debuted as Micaela in Bizet's Carmen in Florida with Opera Naples in 2011. Ms. Leonardi has sung with The Southern Maine Symphony Orchestra, The New York Philharmonic, and the Boston Symphony Orchestra.


VISUAL ART AFTERNOONS w/ Sue Aripotch (1pm-5pm)

Featuring the creation of sculptures of our favorite toys or animals (bonus points if you pick a rhinoceros!)- and we will make them walk. We’ll also make puppets of someone we admire, using paper mache and cloth. We may even have the chance for our creations to be part of the play, Toy Story!

More about Sue: Sue Aripotch lives a life devoted to beauty and art, -making jewelry , painting, and teaching others how. She has taught many classes in visual arts and writing at SFOA. Huge wild animals are some of her favorite beings, and they inspire a lot of her art.
