2021 Festival calendar

May 1 - SUMMER REGISTRATION OPENS at 12 noon!

May 14 -- Summer Program Scholarship applications due

May 28 -- Scholarship award notifications sent

June 8 -- Final decision will be made about holding an in-person or virtual program

June 14 -- Last day for full refund if withdrawing registration. Partial refunds (minus $75 deposit) issued for cancellations received between June 14 - July 2.

June 25 -- All balances due (if you sign up on or after this date, full payment is due upon receipt of registration forms)

June 14 - July 2 -- $75 deposit will be retained upon cancellation of registration. No refunds after July 2.

July 2 -- No refunds are given for cancellations received after this date

July 10 -- Optional Student & Parent Orientation 2:00 - 3:00pm, ArtWaves Community Art Center

July 12 - 30 -- SFOA CAMP IN SESSION!

July 31 -- Finale Performances. Schedule to be announced.
